FIELD: surgery; oncology; urology.
SUBSTANCE: minimally invasive robot-assisted approach is used. Preventive sutures made of self-locking suture material are placed around the tumour and secured with the help of polymer clips. Tumour enucleoresection is performed with a minimum indentation from the tumour within the unchanged tissue, haemostasis and suturing of the pelvicalyceal system is performed using a self-locking thread on a 5/8 needle. In this case, the parenchyma is not sutured.
EFFECT: method allows to radically remove the tumour and prevent the development of acute and chronic renal failure in the early and late postoperative periods while minimizing damage to the healthy parenchyma.
