FIELD: medicine; operative urogynecology.

SUBSTANCE: after laparoscopic access to the affected kidney, the boundaries of resection are determined and the kidney is resected within healthy tissues. Each neck of the small renal calyx crossed during resection is anastomosed with the kidney parenchyma around the renal papilla located in the region of the neck of the crossed calyx, 3 mm away from it. First, a posterior semicircle of the anastomosis is formed, for which single interrupted sutures are applied, passing the needle first from the outside to the inside in the neck of the crossed cup and then from the inside to the outside through the kidney parenchyma. Then the anterior semicircle of the anastomosis is formed, for which single interrupted sutures are applied, passing the needle first from the inside out through the kidney parenchyma, then from the outside to the inside through the neck of the crossed cup. Linear defects of small renal cups are sutured with single interrupted sutures. The edges of the kidney parenchyma are compared and sutured.

EFFECT: method allows to save the organ and passage of urine along the urinary tract after kidney resection for formation of more than 7 cm, provides prevention of strictures of the anastomosis zone and urinary leakage in the early postoperative period due to better sealing of the anastomosis.
