SUBSTANCE: security element has at least one first region (2) with structures (4). The structures (4) reflect an artistic image (5) in different spatial regions so that for the observer, with a corresponding movement of the light source (6) and/or with a change in the viewing angle, a moving image appears. When the light source (6) is moved and/or when the viewing angle is changed, the artistic image (5) moves simultaneously. In addition, an optical effect layer (7) is provided which defines the second region (3). Structures (4) are covered over the entire area or partially with a layer with an optical effect (7).
EFFECT: invention relates to a security element (1) with increased security against falsification.
