SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drug conjugate having a hydrophilic acid stabilized binding site. Compared to a conjugate having a lower drug load due to the addition of an acidic stabilized compound site, the conjugate of the present invention can have a higher drug load (i.e., each given reagent has more hydrophilic attachment sites), has desirable pharmacokinetic properties.
EFFECT: conjugate with a high drug load.
