FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method, at the stage of the technical design, the reliability is calculated using the failure rate, the probability of failure-free operation, and the lifetime. Then, information about the technical condition of the devices is received from the system for diagnosing and monitoring the technical condition. When a failure is detected, the diagnostic system transmits information about fixing and localization to the information collection unit, where the information about the failure is accumulated. This information enters the block of statistical processing. This information is accumulated and transmitted to perform a correlation analysis, as a result of which the relationship between the failures of specific radio elements and the diagnostic parameters for which the failure was recorded is revealed. From the block of statistical processing, information about failures is sent to the block for recalculating reliability indicators, in which a priori data on reliability from the block is recalculated by direct calculation of the failure rate. The failure rate is extrapolated to a future point in time and a posteriori reliability indicators are calculated taking into account real operation. Based on the results of extrapolation of reliability indicators, the forecasting of the technical condition for the future period of time is realized — the forecasting period.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the equipment.
