SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a bio-ink composition for a sheet for derma regeneration, a method for the manufacture of an individualized sheet for derma regeneration, using it. The bio-ink composition for the sheet for derma regeneration includes the first liquid containing a stromal-vascular fraction obtained from adipose tissue, an intracellular matrix, and fibrinogen; and the second liquid containing thrombin, in which a content of the intracellular matrix in the first liquid is 20-60 wt.%, and in which a concentration of thrombin in the second liquid is 40-250 IU/ml. A method for the manufacture of an individualized sheet for derma regeneration is also disclosed.
