FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics, namely to bio-ink for regeneration of the cartilage, as well as to a method for the manufacture of an individual frame for regeneration of the cartilage. A bio-ink composition for regeneration of the cartilage includes the first liquid containing a stromal-vascular fraction obtained from adipose tissue, hyaline cartilage powder, and fibrinogen; and the second liquid containing thrombin, in which a concentration of the stromal-vascular fraction obtained from adipose tissue in the first liquid is from 105 to 107 cells/ml, in which a concentration of hyaline cartilage powder is from 0.005 to 0.1 wt./vol.%, and in which a diameter of particles of hyaline cartilage powder is from 30 to 300 mcm. A method for the manufacture of an individual frame for regeneration of the cartilage, using 3D printer and a bio-ink composition, is also described.

EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides treatment of the cartilage due to an increase in a capability of an implanted stromal-vascular fraction obtained from adipose tissue of differentiation into the cartilage, and due to enhancing of a cartilage regeneration process at an implantation site, using one surgical procedure.
