FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of producing a sheet for skin regeneration, specific for a patient with diabetic foot, and to the above sheet produced by the above method. A method of producing a skin regeneration sheet specific for a diabetic foot patient, comprising the following: A) extraction of autologous adipose tissue; B) removing fibers in autologous adipose tissue using a first filter with a pore diameter of 2–3 mm; C) grinding autologous adipose tissue, from which fibers have been removed, successively passing it through a second filter with a pore diameter of 450–550 μm and a third filter with a pore diameter of 150–250 μm; D) obtaining an extract of adipose tissue by filtering the crushed autologous adipose tissue through a fourth filter with a pore diameter of 25–75 μm, removing the filtrate and obtaining material collected on the fourth filter; E) obtaining 3D (three-dimensional) data of the patient's skin defect area using a 3D scanner, and then, based on these data, producing a 3D shape corresponding to the skin defect area using a 3D printer; F) forming a protolayer by applying a first solution containing adipose tissue extract and fibrinogen to the inner surface of the 3D mold; G) curing the protolayer into a skin regeneration layer by applying a second solution containing thrombin to the protolayer; and H) removing the 3D shape. Skin regeneration sheet specific for diabetic foot patient produced by the above method.
EFFECT: above group of inventions provides effective restoration of the affected area of the patient's foot.
