FIELD: medicine; infectious diseases; oncohaematology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat patients with HIV-associated lymphoproliferative diseases with moderate and severe COVID-19. The method involves administering cyclophosphamide at a dose of 200 mg intravenously once daily for 3 days, levilimab at a dose of 162 mg subcutaneously twice and dexamethasone at a dose of 10–12 mg per day for 5 days, polyvalent immunoglobulin at a dose of 0.4–0.6 g/kg/day for 5 days against the background of antiretroviral therapy (APT) prescribed to a patient before infection with COVID-19, from the 5th day of COVID-19.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of patients with lymphoproliferative diseases associated with HIV infection with moderate and severe forms of COVID-19 due to the combination of low doses of cyclophosphamide, glucocorticosteroids and biological therapy.
