SUBSTANCE: device for unloading lumpy material from the hopper contains a chute and a nozzle. The chute is at an angle of 60° to the horizontal, has a flat cross-sectional shape with sides and is installed in the grooves of the sidewalls of the bunker. The sidewalls are guides for the gutter. The sides of the chute cover the sidewalls of the bunker. The nozzle is fixed on the outer side of the end wall of the hopper with the possibility of rotation and fixation and designed as a box of trapezoidal section with a spool located on the side of the smaller base and elastic V-shaped nozzles. The nozzles are equipped with longitudinal grooves and installed in the grooves of the end wall of the hopper. The chute is installed at the outlet and inlet openings of the hopper, respectively, on a drum additionally introduced and rigidly connected to the chute. The drum rests on the axle through rolling bearings. The axis is rigidly fixed in the walls of the hopper. The springs are located in the holes in the upper part of the chute and are pivotally connected to the chute and the hopper. From the outside, vibrators are fixed in the upper part of the chute with a certain step.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of lumpy material unloading from the hopper.
