FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a heat transfer wall of a heat exchanger and a method for forming of a coating to intensify heat transfer of a heat transfer wall of a heat exchanger. The base of the heat transfer wall of the heat exchanger is made of an aluminum-containing material and provided with said coating, which is a ceramic coating obtained by microarc oxidation of the surface of the said base. The surface layer of the coating is made in the form of a capillary-porous structure with vaporization centers, characterized by the geometric configuration of the porous framework, which ensures its complete permeability and the absence of deactivation of vaporization centers. The coating is made with a thickness at which the pores formed in it have are through pores. The pore size of the coating is comparable to the critical nucleation size at nucleate boiling or exceeds it with the surface layer porosity of not less than 6%, but not more than 12%, and the contact angle of the surface layer for water is less than 40 degrees.
EFFECT: increase in the intensity of heat transfer during boiling, stabilization of the heat transfer coefficient over time.
