FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixing devices, intended for mixing liquid heterogeneous systems of low viscosity (dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, etc.), it can be used in the chemical, oil, food, pharmaceutical and other industries of the national economy business when performing work on setting up and testing the operating modes of vibration mixing devices at the stage of pre-design and design studies and reduce the complexity of work on setting up equipment after repair or, for example, when reconfiguring an operating device, when changing the operating mode or switching to a new type of product. The mixing device consists of a rod, in the recess in the lower part of which a detachable hub is mounted, consisting of two parts fastened with bolts and nuts, and on which the mixer is fixed with the help of a clamping sleeve and two liners fastened with bolts and nuts, while the control unit rod extension, consisting of a body, a flange for attaching to the anchor, two split bushings and two compression nuts, is fixed on the smooth part of the shaft.
EFFECT: provision of the possibility of quick replacement of the mixing device and its secure fastening on the rod.
