SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of a power frame of a car body. The frame is formed using flat metal sheets with a thickness of not more than 6 mm. Bending is used at least 50% of the shaping operations. At the same time, for at least 50% of flat sheets, bending is carried out by multi-edge shaping at least on two edges of the sheet.
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to obtain a power frame with the least possible number of components and with less waste.
