FIELD: composition of gaseous media.

SUBSTANCE: of methods for regulating the composition of gaseous media (GM) of sealed containers. Method for regulating the composition of a multicomponent gaseous medium in a sealed container includes placing a material that emits aggressive gaseous components for storage in the cavity of the sealed container, in which an element is configured for introduction of a passive medium into the container cavity, maintaining a constant natural influx of a passive medium in form of oxygen with an air flow through a removable calibrated tube of a sealed container as an element for introduction of a passive medium into the cavity of the container. The diameter of the removable tube is determined individually. Real-time continuous registration of the hydrogen content as an aggressive component in the GM of the sealed container is carried out using appropriate hydrogen concentration sensors, the content of which is changed to the nominal value using a complex powdered absorber of oxidized products of interaction of hydrogen with oxygen in the air, consisting of a powdered water absorber and a powdered catalyst of reactions of hydrogen binding to hydrogen hydroxide. Establishing that the hydrogen content in the GM of a sealed container is safe is carried out by comparing the measured hydrogen concentration in the GM with a nominal (safe) value, and additionally, oxygen is supplied from the air atmosphere by using a U-shaped tube for introduction of coolant into the cavity of the sealed container, connecting it to the coolant source, the temperature of which is changed once a day with exposure step by step, first at 10±5°C, then at 45±5°C for the forced introduction of oxygen with air under the action of the gradient/difference formed this way between the GM pressure in the cavity of the sealed container and the environment.

EFFECT: ensuring safety and possibility of more accurate regulation of the concentration of an aggressive gaseous component (hydrogen) in a gaseous medium while maintaining a nominal safe state, taking into account changes in the set of indicators of the state of a multicomponent gaseous medium.
