FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering, in particular, steam and gas turbine construction, more specifically to devices for assembly of working blades of axial turbomachines. Device for assembling working blades on an axial turbomachine rotor disc contains a split ring, which consists of upper and lower halves and is installed coaxially with the rotor disc having shaped slots, and holders, each of which has a slot to accommodate a working blade. Axis of the slot of the holder coincides with the axis of the shaped slot of the rotor disc. Number of holders corresponds to the number of shaped slots of the rotor disc. On the end surface of the split ring there are axial holes for fixation of holders equipped with coaxial holes, the diameter of which is more than the diameter of the axial holes of the split ring. Split ring is installed so that the distance from the most distant from the rotor disk the end surface of the holder fixed on the split ring to the rotor disk is in range of 0.5–1.0 of the rotor disk width. Shape of the support surface of the slot in each holder corresponds to the shape of the lower support surface of the shaped slot of the rotor disc.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the device for assembly of working blades and reducing the time required for assembly of working blades on the rotor disk of an axial turbomachine.
