FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: design of devices for dispersing liquid materials in chemically aggressive gelling media. The device is intended for use in the chemical industry for the production of granular materials. The device consists of a container with a spray liquid, a system for supplying a gas injection mixture and a dispersant. The gas injection medium supply system is made in the form of an internal circuit with an air supply pipe, an external circuit with an air-ammonia mixture supply pipe, as a dispersant, the device consists of a capillary along which a continuous air flow moves along the contour through a nozzle to detach a drop of the dispersed liquid when it reaches its size critical for a given air supply rate, while the external circuit consists of three lines: for separate supply of a compressed air flow to the mentioned circuit, for supplying a mixture of gases: ammonia vapor and air into the circuit at a pressure not exceeding the pressure in the circuit, for supplying local flow of compressed air to the exit from the capillary, providing the required size of the dispersible droplets.
EFFECT: improvement for the reduction of the gelling medium effect directly on the capillary, as well as ensuring the hydrolysis of dispersed drops before entering the gelling solution, thereby reducing the risk of deformation of granules when they enter the gelling medium.
