FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to devices for measuring parameters of an electromagnetic field, and can be used, for example, in remote sensing, non-destructive testing, remote temperature measurement. The microwave radiometer contains a current source (6), the output of which is connected through the noise generator (5) to the first input of the switch (16), the first output of which is connected to the first input of the directional coupler (2) through the first attenuator (4), and the second output is connected through the second attenuator (15) with the input of the modulator (3) of the same name, the second input of the directional coupler (2) is connected to the output of the antenna (1), and the output is connected to the first input of the modulator (3), the output of which is connected to the input of the high-pass filter (9) through the receiver (7) and pulse amplifier (8), the output of the comparator (11) is connected to the first input of the control unit (12), the second output of which is connected to the third input of the modulator (3), and the third and fourth outputs, respectively, are connected to the output bus (14) and the second input of the switch (16), a temperature-controlled board (13), which has a current source (6), a noise generator (5), a switch (16), the first (4) and second (15) attenuators, a directional coupler (2) and modulator (3). According to the invention, the output of the high-pass filter (9) is connected to the first input of the analog multiplexer (17), the first, second and third outputs of which are connected to the integrators (18), (19) and (20) of the same name, and the fourth output is connected to the input of the comparator (11), and the outputs of the first (18) and second (19) integrators are connected to the same inputs of the differential amplifier (21), the output of which is connected through an analog-to-digital converter (22) with the second input of the control unit (12), the first output which is connected to the second input of the analog multiplexer (17).
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of measurements of fast radiothermal processes without degrading the sensitivity of measurements of slowly changing radiothermal processes.
