FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to devices for measuring characteristics of electromagnetic field, and can be used, for example, in remote probing of the Earth, medicine, search for radiothermal abnormalities, hyperspectral studies of natural media. Zero radiometer comprises antenna (1) connected to first input of modulator (2), high-frequency switch (11), matched load (10) mounted on thermostatted board (17), first (3) and second (12) radiometric receivers, first (4) and second (5) switches, first (6) and second (14) pulse amplifiers, first (7) and second (15) high frequency filters, first (8) and second (16) synchronous filters (8), comparator (9), control unit (18), voltage divider (13) connected according to diagram in fig. 1. High-frequency switch (11) is installed on thermostatted board (17) and is connected to matched load (10).

EFFECT: high fluctuation sensitivity of the device.
