FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatrics, pulmonology and allergology, and can be used for prediction of degree of atopic bronchial asthma control in children. For this purpose determined are degree of nitrogen oxide in blood serum, sex and age of patient. Probabilityt (P) of uncontrolled course of disease is calculated by formula where: K0=0.00003, K1=1.49033, K2=0.14086, K3=1.08763, X1 - child's age, X2 - child's sex (0 - boy, 1 - girl), X3 - level of nitrogen oxide in child's blood serum, (mcM/ml), P(x1 x2, x3) - probability of uncontrolled course of disease. If P is higher than 0.60, probability of uncontrolled course and absence of efficiency of low doses of inhalation corticosteroids in case of mild and medium-severe degree of bronchial asthma course in children is predicted.

EFFECT: method ensures obtaining criteria of prediction of bronchial asthma control degree in children during acute condition, which makes it possible to predict differentially uncontrolled course of atopic bronchial asthma and select individual programme of basic therapy and schedule of patient monitoring due to high self-descriptiveness of prediction.
