FIELD: cleaning downhole pumping equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a frame, a carriage with a drive, configured with the possibility of moving along the frame, a ramrod fixed on the carriage, the front end of which is equipped with a pipe cleaning nozzle, a system for feeding, holding and rotating the pipe on the frame. The ramrod is made hollow and compressed air is supplied through it to the cleaning nozzle for purging and removing waste in the area of cleaning the inner diameter of the pipes. The cleaning nozzle contains an adapter rigidly fixed to the ramrod, a hollow screw emerging from the adapter, the helical cleaning surface of which have an air supply nozzle and a tip fixed to the end of the screw containing an ultrasonic emitter capable of emitting with a frequency of 15-30 kHz. The pipe is made with the possibility of rotation on the frame clockwise. Ribs of the screw are cut counterclockwise.

EFFECT: device for cleaning the inner surface of the pipes.
