FIELD: drilling of wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention is applicable for recovery of solid drilling pipes containing coupling and nipple ends. Complex of equipment for recovery surfacing of drill pipe locks contains two welding apparatuses, two movable carriages for installation of welding apparatus nozzles, device for oscillating movement of nozzle. Complex of equipment for turning includes single pipe accumulator with hoisting-and-conveying device, lifting rest and two pipe-thread cutting machines. Complex of equipment for cleaning of internal channel of pipe and for plastic hardening of threaded surfaces, including installation of hardening of thread with optical sensor for determination of presence of thread. Complex of equipment for application of protective coating on threaded surfaces of drilling pipe comprises tank for working solution with heating elements and control panel, bed with feeder, two swinging shower cabinets, system for supply of working solution to swinging cabinets.
EFFECT: invention allows performing restoring repair both in shop conditions and in field conditions with installation of this equipment into containers.
