SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated cleaning of articles, for example, dismantled plate insulators, as well as any parts of engines and machines of suitable size, such as pistons, discs, bearings. Unit for automated cleaning of articles comprises frame with gear system to drive chain conveyor for reciprocation of products on suspensions, conveyor motor and unit control box. In the lower horizon of the conveyor there is a bath with a cleaning solution and ultrasonic radiators mounted in the bath and intended for cleaning articles from above and from below. On the frame, a washing zone chamber and nozzles of the drying zone are installed, wherein the suspension includes a suspension bearing to ensure the possibility of the product swinging in the frame plane, a suspension swivel to provide free rotation of the article about its axis, a suspension star and a quick-clamping clip for fixing the article on the suspension, at the same time a sensor is mounted on the frame, which is designed to transmit data on the position of the suspension axes to the controller of the control system.

EFFECT: unit ensures an increase in the degree and quality of cleaning of articles.
