FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to form stabilized discharge currents of a ring laser, which is part of a laser angular velocity sensor, which is part of a strapdown inertial navigation system of spacecrafts. Pulse current stabilizer comprises PWM-controller, resistor, first and second capacitors, pulse transformer, unit of high-voltage switches, discharge current indicator, throttle, first, second and third resistive voltage dividers, load. Proposed current stabilizer is based on a PWM controller, which is loaded on a pulse transformer, which performs galvanic isolation of input and output power. From the output of the transformer high-voltage switches are started, at the output of which the first resistive divider is installed, voltage at the middle point (third output) of which is proportional to output voltage of the annular laser anode. Higher accuracy of stabilization of load current is ensured by using second and third resistive voltage dividers, which provide negative current and voltage connections, which are transmitted to inputs of PWM-controller and adjust its signal porosity.
EFFECT: use of pulse transformer allows galvanic isolation of input low-voltage and output high-voltage power supply, which increases noise immunity of stabilizer.
