FIELD: creation of composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composites based on titanium and aluminium, which can be used as high-load structural elements of aircraft. An amorphous tape of composition Zr35Ti30Be27.5Cu7.5 with a thickness of 40-60 mcm is cut into disks, which are placed alternately with aluminium foil 10-20 mcm thick in the matrix hole until it is completely filled. Spark plasma sintering is carried out at a temperature of 330-350°C for 5-15 minutes, at a residual gas pressure not higher than (1-5)×10-4 Pa, with a load not lower than 40 MPa.

EFFECT: decrease in the number of defects in the structure of the material.
