FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a nonwoven mesh from a spunbond web with high elasticity, comprising a crimped multicomponent fibers, method includes continuous spinning of fibers, direction of fibers on spinning conveyor by means of deflectors and/or air flows, laying of fiber on spinning conveyor and preliminary consolidation of fiber after laying using one or several rolls for preliminary consolidation with formation of pre-consolidated mesh, where the first fiber component comprises a PP homopolymer and the second fiber component comprises a PP/PE copolymer, where rolls for preliminary consolidation operate at temperature from 20 °C to 110 °C and at linear contact force is less than 5 N/mm.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing a nonwoven web from a spunbonded material with high elasticity.
