SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to study binocular vision. The researcher observes two photo targets — motionless and mobile. Two Maddox cylinders are placed in the test frame: horizontally on one eye, giving a vertical image of the line, and vertically on the other eye, giving a horizontal image of the line. The fixed photo target is made in the form of a fixed light source — LED and is located in the center of the black screen, divided into four sectors. The movable photo-target is made in the form of a moving light source installed at a distance of 6 m from the screen in the form of a laser designator fixed at eye level with the possibility of moving horizontally and vertically to match its color signal with a fixed light source. The measurement are performed both horizontally and vertically.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of detecting violations of binocular vision with high accuracy due to the study of a separate leading eye either on the left or on the right.
