SUBSTANCE: method for activating a firearm-mounted locking system in the firearm safety and dynamic variable protection system. A determination can be made that a firearm with a locking system on the firearm is within a predetermined distance from a target connected to the transceiver safety device. The firearm can be tracked when the firearm is within a predetermined distance from the target. For the firearm, a no-fire arc may be calculated and a command may be sent to activate the firearm's interlocking system on the firearm when the firearm is within the no-fire zone surrounding the target to prevent the firearm from firing into the no-fire zone.
EFFECT: preventing the firearm from firing into the no-fire zone
