FIELD: soil freezing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the freezing of soil under the supports of gas pipelines and oil pipelines, power lines and other structures in the North in hard-to-reach areas. The method of freezing the soil with an air stream consists in exposing it to a chilled stream. The wind flow acts on the rotor of the wind turbine, the torque of which is transferred to the compressor, the compressed air from which is sent to the heat exchanger, where it is cooled by ambient air and sent further to the inlet of the vortex tube, where it is separated into hot and cold flows. The cold flow is sent to freeze the soil into the second heat exchanger located on the ground or in it, and after the heat exchanger, the cold and hot flows after the vortex tube are sent to the atmosphere.
EFFECT: providing a simplification of the design, as well as maintenance.
