FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: split body houses sensitive element placed on elastic suspension, angle transmitter, servoamplifier and torque generator. Blade of sensitive element, elastic suspension and mount anchoring sensitive element in body are fabricated from one plate of silicon monocrystal. Each half of split body between which anchoring mount of sensitive element is positioned is made in the form of bar and cup-shaped magnetic circuit of torque generator. Bar is made from silicon monocrystal of same orientation as plate of sensitive element. Coils of torque generator are attached to blades of sensitive element via transition washers manufactured from silicon monocrystal of same orientation as plate of sensitive element. Torque generator includes two toroidal coils connected differentially. Each coil is anchored on central bar of its magnetic circuit of torque generator. Torque generator also has generator of variable high- frequency signal connected to input of power amplifier of servoamplifier and to controlling input of demodulator incorporated in servoamplifier. Magnetic circuit of torque generator of each half of split body of accelerometer is joined to bar with use of mounting part-thermocompensator. Materials of thermocompensator are so selected during adjustment that precision characteristics of accelerometer are improved.
