FIELD: engine building.

SUBSTANCE: device is designed to control operation of a diesel generator in idle and low load modes. The device consists of an automatic engine speed controller (1), a fuel feed position sensor (2), a control unit (3), a crankshaft speed sensor (4), a time counter (5), a load value sensor (6), a relay for connecting battery batteries (7), battery pack (8), load relay (9) and inverter (10). The battery connection relay (7) is connected to the battery pack (8), the load relay (9) is connected to the inverter (10) included in the external load circuit, and the speed sensor (4) and the fuel feed position sensor (2) are connected to the automatic speed controller (1), and the speed sensor (4) and the control unit (3) are connected to the time counter (5).

EFFECT: operating time of the diesel generator in idling and low load modes is reduced, and thereby its reliability, environmental friendliness and efficiency are increased.
