The invention relates to an antibody-active agent conjugate containing a cleavable linker, an SO2 functional group that is capable of selectively releasing the active agent, and a functional group that triggers a chemical reaction, a physicochemical reaction and/or a biological reaction by external stimulation. Intermediate products and methods for preparing the conjugate are also provided.
EFFECT: conjugate is intended for the treatment of proliferative diseases.
