FIELD: low voltage circuit breaker.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applications with an operating voltage up to 2000 volts. The circuit breaker contains at least one fixed contact (20, 30) for each pole, an arc chamber, a rotary shaft (50) carrying the contacts, common to all poles, which is functionally connected to the drive mechanism, a kinematic system connected to the drive lever for opening/closing, tripping lever (110) having a central housing (113) fixed on the immovable part of the circuit breaker (1) with the possibility of rotation, wherein the first part (111) of said tripping lever (110) is the profiled surface of said central housing (113), and the second part (112) of the specified trip lever (110) is a shoulder extending from the specified central body (113), while the impact on the shoulder (112) ensures rotation of the specified trip lever (110) in the first direction and pressing the profiled surface (111) of the central housing (113) on the trip shaft (60) of the circuit breaker, and the specified trip lever (110) and the specified trip shaft (60) are mounted with the possibility of rotation on the corresponding axis of rotation, and the rotation axes of the trip lever (110), trip shaft (60) and rotary shaft (50) are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the first channel (102) connected to the arc chamber (40) of the corresponding pole (3, 4, 5), wherein said first channel (102) is located next to said at least one fixed contact (20, 30).
EFFECT: invention consists of simplifying the circuit breaker calibration process, including eliminating the need for such calibration.
