SUBSTANCE: device for sealing multi-wire conductive cores or strands of cable products contains a mechanism for pulling a multi-wire conductive core or strand through the sealing zone with a sealing die rotating around the axis of movement of the stranded conductive core or strand, the number of sealing zones with a sealing die in the device is more than one, the device additionally contains a mechanism for rotating sequentially arranged sealing dies, designed to provide a smoother compression of the core or strand. The mechanism for pulling the stranded conductive core or strand, located between the sealing dies, additionally contains a compensator for drawing the compacted multiwire conductive core or strand.
EFFECT: increasing the fill factor of a multi-wire conductive core or strand of the third class of flexibility or higher
