FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for removing heat from elements of radio electronic apparatus (REA), and can be used to provide the required temperature conditions of the REA elements. The main and additional sections of the thermoelectric battery (TEB) with their heat-generating junctions are in thermal contact with the main heat exchanger, which is an all-metal structure with protrusions along the edges, the area of which corresponds to the area of the additional sections of the thermopile, while the main, additional sections of the TEB and the main heat exchanger form a structure having a recess in its central part, in which, with the provision of thermal contact with the heat-absorbing junctions of the main section of the TEB, the REA fuel element is installed, while in the main heat exchanger in the horizontal direction two groups of through cylindrical holes are made perpendicular to each other, each group is implemented in a checkerboard pattern, the upper of which are located in height below the level of the surface of the recess in which the REA element is located, at a distance of 2 mm from it, and on the sides of the main heat exchanger, opposite each other, two pairs of fan units are installed, powered from a source of electrical energy, which carry out air blowing, respectively, through two groups of through cylindrical holes.

EFFECT: increasing the cooling efficiency of the REA element by a thermoelectric device.
