FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for removing heat from elements of electronic equipment (EE). The thermoelectric device contains TEB sections, which, with their heat-generating junctions, are in thermal contact with the main heat exchanger, the design of which in the central part comprises a recess in which the EE fuel element is installed, whereas an additional heat exchanger is in contact with heat-absorbing TEB junctions and EE heat-generating element, which represents a hollow all-metal container filled with a melting substance with a high melting heat and a melting temperature in the range of 35-55° C, and in the main heat exchanger in the horizontal direction, through cylindrical holes are made, located in a checkerboard pattern, the upper of which are in height below the level of the surface of the recess in which the EE element is located, at a distance of 2 mm from it. The device has a temperature sensor connected to the temperature controller and additional TEB sections, and on the sides of the main heat exchanger, two fan units are installed opposite each other, by means of fasteners, which blow air through cylindrical through holes.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the sections of the thermoelectric battery (TEB) through the main heat exchanger with forced air heat removal.
