FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: ferrometer for thin magnetic films is designed to measure and build hysteresis loops of thin-film ferromagnetic samples. The ferrometer contains a magnetic system designed to form a switching field connected through a current sensor to a low-frequency generator, measuring coils of the sensitive element connected in series opposition, located horizontally in the center of the magnetic system and loaded at the input of a differential amplifier, A/D converters, digital integrator, digital oscilloscope. The axes of the measuring coils of the sensitive element are orthogonal to the axes of the coils of the magnetic system. The ferrometer additionally contains an analog adder, the first input of which is connected to the output of a differential amplifier, and compensation coils located coaxially with the coils of the magnetic system and loaded by two variable resistors. The slider contact of the first variable resistor is connected to an additional amplifier loaded on the second input of the analog adder. The slider contact of the second variable resistor is connected to another additional amplifier, the output of which is connected to the input of the signal differentiation unit, the output of which is connected to the third input of the analog adder. The ferrometer also contains a zero-crossing detector, the input of which is connected to the industrial frequency network, and the output through the first digital delay unit is connected to the input of the digital memory unit, which also has an interference signal recording input. The output of the digital adder is connected to the digital integration unit, the output of which is connected to the vertical scan channel “Y” of the digital oscilloscope. The output of the second digital delay unit is connected to the input of the horizontal scan channel “X” of the oscilloscope, the input of which is connected to the output of the second A/D converter, the input of which is loaded on the current sensor. The output of the analog adder through the first A/D converter is connected to the “+” input of the digital adder and to the input of the digital memory unit, the output of which is connected to the “-” input of the digital adder.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity.
