FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and is intended for detection of hysteresis loops of thin ferromagnetic samples. Ferrometer for measuring characteristics of thin magnetic films contains a variable magnetic field of scanning the Helmholtz ring connected through a current-measuring resistor to the output of a low-frequency current generator. Analysed sample is placed in the centre of Helmholtz rings. Picked-up signal from the current-measuring resistor is connected in series to an analogue low-pass filter, an analogue-to-digital converter, a digital band-pass filter and then to an input of a horizontal sweep of the oscilloscope. Signal from coils of sensitive element is sequentially supplied to analogue low-pass filter, analogue-to-digital converter, digital band-pass filter, digital integrator and then to input of vertical scanning of oscillograph.
EFFECT: technical result is higher sensitivity of device.
