FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and is intended for detection of hysteresis loops of thin ferromagnetic samples. Device comprises a reverse magnetization field generating system, an oscillograph for observing a hysteresis loop and recording its parameters, novel is that two Hall sensors are used as a sensitive element, located under the analyzed sample of the thin magnetic film so that their maximum sensitivity axes are oriented perpendicular to the direction of the reverse magnetization field and perpendicular to the plane of the thin magnetic film, wherein signal of one of Hall sensors is inverted and summed with signal of second Hall sensor, and third, additional Hall sensor is used for measurement of reverse magnetization field value.
EFFECT: simplified hysteresis loop meter design for thin magnetic films.
