FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and is intended for investigation of magnetic moment dependence of samples of thin magnetic films from field applied thereto. Device comprises a magnetic system which generates a reverse magnetization magnetic field, an oscilloscope for monitoring and recording hysteresis loops, wherein the sensitive element of the device is a first Hall sensor placed in the center of the magnetic system such that its axis of maximum sensitivity is directed parallel to the lines of the reverse magnetization magnetic field, and on top of which the analyzed sample is placed, wherein to measure the reverse magnetization magnetic field value, a second Hall sensor is used, which is installed far from the analyzed sample, and the output signal supplied to the oscilloscope channel Y is obtained by subtracting the signal from the second Hall sensor from the signal of the first Hall sensor, at the same time, a signal from the output of the second Hall sensor is transmitted to the channel X of the oscilloscope.
EFFECT: device simplification.
