SUBSTANCE: method for separating 5'-inosinate disodium from the microbial culture medium containing it. A method for separating 5'-inosinate disodium, including: cultivation of a microorganism producing 5'-inosic acid; adding NaOH to the culture broth of the microorganism obtained by cultivation; adjusting the pH of the culture broth to which NaOH has been added to a value of 7.4 to 8.0; concentrating the pH-adjusted culture broth to form disodium 5'-inosinate crystals; separating the disodium 5'-inosinate crystals from the culture broth containing the disodium 5'-inosinate crystals, and washing the crystals by contacting the disodium 5'-inosinate crystals with a hydrophilic organic solvent.
EFFECT: efficient separation of crystals 5'-inosinate disodium with high separation yield and high purity.
