FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: production of high-strength hot-rolled galvanized steel for the manufacture of metal structures. The method includes steel smelting, steel casting to obtain a billet, its austenitization, hot rolling, cooling, winding rolled stock, pickling, galvanizing and annealing. The smelted steel contains the following components, in wt.%: carbon 0.04-0.12, silicon 0.05-0.40, manganese 1.10-1.80, phosphorus NMT 0.02, sulfur NMT 0.10, chromium NMT 0.30, nickel NMT 0.30, molybdenum NMT 0.03, copper NMT 0.30, aluminum 0.02-0.08, niobium 0.03-0.10, titanium 0.01-0.20, vanadium 0.001-0.10, nitrogen NMT 0.10, iron and inevitable impurities - the rest. Austenitization of the billet is carried out at a temperature of 1150-1300°C for at least 2 hours. The start of finishing rolling is carried out at a temperature of 1030-1170°C and finished at a temperature of 830-940°C. The winding of rolled products into a roll is carried out at a temperature of 500-570°C. Rolled annealing is carried out at a temperature of 580-640°C for 100-144 s at a rolling speed of 40-80 m/min.
EFFECT: increase in the mechanical properties of galvanized rolled products and the durability of the galvanized coating.
