SUBSTANCE: invention is related to an adaptation to the header of a combine harvester for harvesting tall varieties of sorghum crops. Attachment to the combine harvester contains a segment finger cutting device attached to the combine body, a finger bar and dividers made with the possibility of adjusting the angle of their rise relative to the horizontal surface. Each divider contains a wedge-shaped central section fixed on the first carrier at a fixed angle, on both sides of which wedge-shaped right and left sections are symmetrically located, having two degrees of freedom and made with the possibility of adjustable displacement in height and width relative to the central section while maintaining the convergence point of the vertices of the left and the right wedge-shaped sections on the axis of the first carrier, which, from the side of the top of the central section, is equipped with the first hinge assembly for swivel connection with the end of the second carrier, fixed by the base through the pipe on the finger bar of the cutting unit of the harvester with the possibility of changing the position of the divider in the spaces between rows of the harvested crop. At the second end of the first carrier there is a second hinge assembly connected via a control rod and a slider to the second carrier to rotate the central section of the divider in a vertical plane.

EFFECT: invention improves the convenience of operation of the attachment to the combine harvester and reduces possible losses of seeds and panicles of tall varieties of sorghum crops with a simultaneous decrease in metal consumption and an increase in the reliability of the device.
