FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive substances, which can be used both independently – in the form of pressed parts, and in composition of mixed explosives for defence and civil purposes using explosion energy. When producing highly dispersed secondary explosive materials (EM), mechanical mixing of crystalline secondary EM is carried out until a homogeneous suspension is obtained in an acoustic liquid which does not mix and does not interact with crystals of secondary EM. Ultrasonic treatment is performed in cavitation mode with subsequent filtration of suspension in vacuum to obtain crystals of secondary EM and their drying at temperature of 60–80 °C for 4–16 hours. Suspension is stirred for 10–20 minutes at a ratio of EM : acoustic liquid in range of 1:10 to 2.5:30, not including 2.5:30 wt.pts. Ultrasonic treatment is carried out in the area of developed cavitation at a distance from the waveguide of not more than 40 mm, not including 40 mm, with duration of 120, not including 120, to 180 minutes, at a suspension temperature of 20 °C to 30 °C, not including 30 °C.
EFFECT: higher homogeneity of properties of crystals of secondary EMs is provided due to narrow range of sizes of obtained crystals of secondary EMs, use of low-toxicity media in comparison with methods requiring use of reagents of different hazard classes, precision due to absence of uncontrolled impurities during processing, as well as removal of impurity inclusions in crystals of secondary EMs due to their destruction.
