FIELD: analytical instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to analytical instrumentation and may be used in gas analyzers for the control of oxygen inert gases and during research work related to the development of technologies for producing pure gases. The invention comprises a dryer, having input for intake of analyzed gas, a gas flow stabilizer connected in series with it. The gas flow stabilizer is connected in series with the dryer. A potentiometric solid-electrolyte cell, in which an electrode potential difference appears and oxygen interacts with a combustible substance and gas to form moisture, is connected in series with the gas flow stabilizer. The coulometric cell, which extracts moisture from the analyzed gas and conducts the electrolysis of this moisture, is connected in series to a potentiometric solid-electrolyte cell. The potentiometric solid-electrolyte cell is connected to a temperature controller, and the difference in electrode potentials of the potentiometric solid-electrolyte cell and the electrolysis current of the coulometric cell enter the measurement unit, where the oxygen content obtained by the potentiometric solid-electrolyte cell and the oxygen content obtained by the coulometric cell are determined, which are summed, and the coulometric cell has an output for gas release.

EFFECT: invention increase in the accuracy of measuring the concentration of oxygen in the analyzed gas, especially when measuring small concentrations.
