SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical engineering and can be used in coulometric hygrometers. Claimed hygrometer consisting of coulometric cell made sectional of two parts - working and control, located one after the other in internal channel of body cell, constant volume governor, microammeter, "Control" button, direct current source, it differs in that in order to improve accuracy of measurement of volume fraction of moisture in gases with high content of oil vapors hygrometer has recovery mode that allows to restore working capacity of coulometric cell without stopping the analysis. In addition, hygrometer is equipped with RECOVERY function that allows to keep accuracy of measurements of volume fraction of moisture in gases with high content of oil vapors without stopping the analysis.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of measuring volume fraction of moisture in gases with high content of oil vapors.
