SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biodegradable antibacterial complex for preventing adhesive disease and postoperative peritonitis. The biodegradable antibacterial complex consists of a chitosan-gelatin membrane with the antibiotic ceftriaxone and a gel for additional fixation at the anastomosis site based on the sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose (Na-CMC) with the antibiotic ceftriaxone, while the chitosan-gelatin membrane was obtained by mixing 1.5 g of chitosan in 150 ml 1% acetic acid, 5.0 g of gelatin in 50.0 g of purified water at a ratio of mixtures of gelatin-chitosan 3:1 and antibiotic ceftriaxone in the amount of 0.03 g per 1 cm2 of chitosan-gelatin membrane, and the adhesive gel was obtained by mixing 3, 0 g of Na-CMC in 50 ml of purified water, 20.0 g of ceftriaxone in 40 ml of purified water, bringing the total mass to 100.0 g of gel.

EFFECT: biodegradable antibacterial complex described above makes it possible to isolate the intestinal anastomosis in order to prevent postoperative adhesions and the development of peritonitis.
