FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing anti-adhesion polymer membranes with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties for cardiovascular and abdominal surgery, which involves formation of membranes by electrostatic molding from a composition of biodegradable polymers: copolymer of polyhydroxybutyrate/oxyvalerate (3-PHB/3-PHV) and poly (D,L-lactide), dissolved in chloroform in concentration of 6–9%, wherein ratio of 3-PHB/3-PHV copolymer powder to poly (D,L-lactide) in composition is 3:1, characterized by the fact that in order to impart anti-inflammatory properties to the membrane, a preparation of dexamethasone in concentration of 0.2 mg/ml is added to the composition, and to impart antibacterial properties tigecycline antibiotic in concentration of 2 mcg/ml is added.

EFFECT: present invention provides production of film membranes based on polymer composition, dissolved in chloroform and containing the anti-inflammatory drug dexamethasone and the broad-spectrum antibacterial drug tygacil.
