FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for producing medical materials based on polymer compounds and can be used as a means of preventing the formation of postoperative adhesions in intracavitary surgery and gynecology. A method for producing an anti-adhesion material includes the interaction of a polymer with a structuring agent, homogenization and drying. The sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose is used as a polymer. Either allantoin or glycoluril is used as a structuring agent in an amount of 0.5 to 5% by weight of the polymer. Drying is carried out at a temperature of 15 to 25 °C for 24 hours.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a method for producing an anti-adhesion material based on sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose using a structuring agent with biological activity, while reducing the amount of structuring agent and the absence of a heat treatment stage after drying the anti-adhesion material.
