SUBSTANCE: reservoir computing networks designed to solve classification problems (logical calculations, pattern recognition, etc.). A reservoir computing device, which includes a system of metal electrodes located on a dielectric substrate, mainly oriented in the radial direction, and converging to a central region with a diameter of not more than 300 nm; a organometallic frame structure formed in the central region of the substrate to ensure that the electrodes are connected to each other, while the organometallic frame structure includes charge centers in the form of metal atoms, anchor ligands in the form of an organic compound that allows chemical adsorption of anchor ligands on the electrode surface, on the one hand, and formation of a coordination compound with metal atoms, on the other hand, bridging ligands in the form of an organic compound containing linkers connecting metal atoms with the possibility of single-electron tunneling.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the device at an operating temperature of 200 K and above.
