FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of biotechnology. A method and device for determining the nucleotide sequence of a nucleic acid molecule is proposed. The method includes immobilization of looped fragments of nucleic acid and polymerase on the transducer, addition of a mixture of unlabeled deoxyribonucleotides or ribonucleotides to the transducer surface, where the nucleotide of each species is present in a concentration different from the concentrations of other species, registration by the sensor of the fact of charge separation as a result of embedding each nucleotide by polymerase into a sequenced DNA fragment, determination of time intervals between each fact and determination of a nucleotide sequence based on certain time intervals. The device includes a chip with a matrix of transducer cells and an analog-to-digital circuit, a microfluidic device, a data processing and display device.
EFFECT: inventions provide an increase in the accuracy and productivity of sequencing of nucleic acids.
